Homes for Students is recruiting a friendly Resident Services Assistant to join The Valentine, delivering a warm welcome and reception for students and visitors. You will provide front-of-house support, assist with inquiries via email, phone and in person, and help with a busy helpdesk and back-office tasks.

The role emphasises strong IT and communication skills, teamwork and organisation, with duties including support for open days, intake days and departures while helping students and external.
