PROPERTY MANAGER

Fixed Term | Full Time | North Region

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum

Contract: 4 January 2027 – 1 July 2027

Are you an experienced Property or Facilities Manager ready for your next challenge?

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract, supporting our hotels across the North Region.

You’ll take ownership of property maintenance, reactive repairs, contractor management and capital expenditure projects, ensuring our hotels remain safe, well-maintained and operationally efficient.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage reactive repairs and maintenance across multiple hotel sites.
  • Plan and deliver maintenance Capex projects, managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Coordinate contractors, quotations and project delivery.
  • Arrange compliance remedial works and conduct property inspections.
  • Support General Managers with maintenance priorities and technical guidance.
  • Monitor expenditure, prepare reports and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

ABOUT YOU

  • At least five years’ experience in Property or Facilities Management.
  • Experience managing contractors, repairs and budgets across multiple sites.
  • Good technical knowledge of building maintenance and compliance.
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
  • Hospitality experience and relevant qualifications are desirable.

  • Contract: Fixed term, January to July 2027
  • Location: North Region, with regular travel
