As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager to join our Hotel & Accommodation division, based in Glasgow (with regular travel to Edinburgh and occasionally the north).

About the Role: With a focus on commercial thinking and entrepreneurial spirit, you will support the Head of Communications with all aspects of marketing for the Hotel & Accommodation division, which comprises 12 sites across 7 brands including Hotels, Service Apartments, and Student Accommodation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and roll out campaign and communications strategy that improves sales and market share, focusing on driving direct booking business. This includes creating targeted campaigns for specific retail opportunities, key calendar dates, remarketing, and segmentation marketing, and utilizing revenue‑specific programmes such as The Hotel Network and Opera.
  • Support the M&E side of hotel businesses and implement targeted demographic marketing plans for weddings and corporate business.
  • Create digital copy and content, including mailers, social media posts, boosted posts, website copy, and blog content, ensuring creativity, imagination, and excellent written and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with the digital team and Senior Web Designer to develop and maintain website content for maximum conversion, continually reviewing imagery, copy, layout, and customer journey.
  • Work closely with external PPC resources to maximise results and ROI across AdWords and paid ads.
  • Secure media coverage for brands and work with the Group Marketing Manager to maximise return on influencer and press content.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent. Or at least 2+ years of marketing or project management experience as part of an in‑house team or agency with specific experience in hotels or hospitality.
  • Ability to produce high‑quality, on‑brand copy for digital and physical spaces.
  • Strong understanding of the accommodation market, including local trends and innovation; experience in Edinburgh is advantageous.
