The CLCH Medical Devices Team have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our busy and proactive team. This permanent position is ideally suited for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, looking to develop within a niche area. If you're looking for a new challenge, supporting clinicians and staff deliver quality health care, this is the role for you!

Administrator for Medical Devices Team, main duties include:

  • Liaison with trust wide clinical and corporate colleagues.
  • Mailbox and query management.
  • Secretariat function for governance groups (e.g., minutes, meeting coordination).
  • Coordination of Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule across 150 sites.
  • Liaison with external maintenance contractors.
  • Inventory management.
  • Hub content management.
  • Writing and issuing trust wide communications.
