IM&T Team Administrator Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Administrator to join our dynamic IM&T Department that supports our health staff to deliver community care. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team, contributing to the efficient operation of our department and supporting the wider organisation. You will be an integral part of ensuring smooth administrative processes, enhancing communication and assisting with a range of operational tasks.

The role will provide comprehensive diary management and high-level administrative support to the IM&T Team. The post holder will collaborate closely with the CIO and the senior team to help foster strong relationships between the Trust and its digital suppliers. Additionally, the post holder will be responsible for organising meetings and events, taking formal minutes, circulating them promptly and managing both internal and external correspondence as required.
