CLCH is seeking an enthusiastic and self‑motivated physical activity leader for the Wandsworth Healthy Lifestyle Team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Health4Life weight‑management programmes to children aged 2‑11 and mothers with a baby under 2 years old.
- Work alongside Health Visitors and School Nurses to provide locally based care to families in the Wandsworth borough.
- Display excellent communication skills, deliver motivating physical activity sessions, and create engaging exercise approaches for children of all ages.
