CLCH is seeking an enthusiastic and self‑motivated physical activity leader for the Wandsworth Healthy Lifestyle Team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Health4Life weight‑management programmes to children aged 2‑11 and mothers with a baby under 2 years old.
  • Work alongside Health Visitors and School Nurses to provide locally based care to families in the Wandsworth borough.
  • Display excellent communication skills, deliver motivating physical activity sessions, and create engaging exercise approaches for children of all ages.
  • Operate mobile and agile working, travelling between venues throughout the day.
  • Be central to the development and delivery of a new service.
