CLCH are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated physical activity leader to join our Wandsworth Healthy Lifestyle Team. The Wandsworth Healthy Lifestyle Team work across the borough to deliver Health4Life weight management programmes to children aged 2-11 as well as Mothers with a baby under 2 years old. The team work alongside the Health Visitors and School Nurses to provide excellent locally based care to families within the Wandsworth borough.

You will need to display excellent communication skills and be able to work in a kind and compassionate manner to deliver motivating physical activity sessions. You will need to be creative in your approach to exercise in order to engage children of all ages. Mobile and agile working is a key part of the way the services operates so you will need to be comfortable travelling between venues throughout the day.

This role would be suitable for individuals with a background as a personal trainer, exercise coach, exercise instructor, PE teacher, sports coach, etc.

  • Degree or Diploma in relevant subject area, or equivalent knowledge and experience gained through working in a specialised physical activity role.
  • REPS/CIMSPA registered
  • Experience working with children
  • An enthusiastic can do attitude
