This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our newly formed administration team and the well‑established HARI service for people with complex medical and therapy needs. The post holder will provide a comprehensive and high‑quality administrative support service to both teams in the South West Division of CLCH NHS Trust and the patients it serves. The administrators will provide vital support to enable high quality, efficient, responsive and supportive services to patients and other service users – from referral, through treatment, on to discharge.
There are a number of roles available – please review both JDs for location and roles and responsibilities. Please note – all roles are office based working only. All postholders will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including reception cover, when required, which are key to enabling a structured and organised approach to workload planning and our patients' needs.
Duties include:
- Supporting review of patient records
- Booking clinics
- Supporting with activities on site
- Supporting caseload audits
- Updating waiting lists
- Communicating appointment or other relevant information to patients, carers and health professionals
