Central London Community Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join the community-based team covering a 7 day service from 08:00 to 20:00.
This Band 7 role requires autonomous, innovative nursing leadership to deliver expert palliative and end-of-life care in the community.
You will work closely with GPs, community teams and consultants, providing education, support to families, and resource for other professionals.
