Central Health Network is seeking a Mental Health Occupational Therapist to join a Primary Care Network (PCN) team. The role involves assessing, supporting and managing a wide range of mental and physical health issues in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

You will be the first point of contact for patients requiring assessment, support and management, with pathways to higher levels of psychological care for elderly care, dementia and child mental health.
