Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Perform operational functions of the agronomy location including blending, loading, delivery of product and general labor.
- Complete all related paperwork in a timely manner
- Manage inventory in accordance with company procedures/policies
- Maintain facility and equipment, keeping it clean and in safe working condition
- Assist in other departments/locations as needed
- Ensure services are performed in such a manner as to maintain good customer relations
- Comply with all federal and state Department of Transportation regulations and strive for excellent Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA) scores
- Know and follow all company safety policies/procedures. Perform work in a safe manner while observing all traffic laws and all OSHA state and federal safety regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Report all maintenance items to supervisor
- Maintain equipment in operational and cleanly appearances at all times
- Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance – positively enriching the culture of CFS
- Make decisions and follow instructions with little or no supervision

Requirements
- Maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
- Maintain required Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certification
- Maintain insurability requirements in accordance with property and casualty insurance guidelines
- Ability to obtain commercial applicators license
- Acceptable driving record
