We’re recruiting for new colleagues to join our Insomnia Café. This is an exciting and varied role where no two days are ever the same. A fast paced and fun environment, you’ll get to work with an amazing mix of customers and colleagues to brighten your day whilst you master your coffee making and barista skills.

You’ll be part of a welcoming team, delivering the best service and store experience to our customers - proactively engaging with the local community. You’ll build expert knowledge of our food and drink range as well as keeping the shop well stocked, beautifully clean and organised. This will include behind and in front of the counter, the shop floor, customer and team toilets. You’ll also look after the Health and Safety of our customers, colleagues and yourself.

If you pride yourself on delivering great service and maintaining high standards, you’ll fit seamlessly into this role. We’re looking for people that have a positive and enthusiastic attitude to become members of our fantastic team. Ideally, you’ll be used to working in an environment where high standards are maintained by frequent audits and due diligence requirements.

We’re offering a variety of flexible shift patterns, working across a seven-day opening, and ask that you can support your team on availability. If you’ve got previous experience working as a Barista, even better but it’s not essential, as full training will be provided.
