The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
In this varied role, as Masonry Administrator, you will be taking Masonry orders from clients and processing Masonry orders from Funeral homes as well as offering information and advice on Masonry to Funeral colleagues and clients, ensuring the highest standards of service excellence.
You’ll complete all administration accurately, inputting relevant information on to the computer system, completing paperwork to cemeteries and crematoria. You’ll also be ensuring accurate and timely information is given to Production colleagues to enable the fixing of memorials, or the removal of headstones for burial.
You’ll assist with administration returns at our Support Centre and complete any other relevant duties as requested.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to help ensure that accurate information is given and received. You’ll need to be computer literate.
You’ll need to be confident working independently and using your own initiative but also be a fully cooperative and supportive team member.
A compassionate manner is essential in carrying out duties in keeping with the Funeral profession.
It is desirable yet not essential to have previous experience in funeral or masonry- but full training will be provided.
You’ll need to hold a full driving licence.
