What will you be doing?
As Funeral Director, you will be leading and managing the daily functions of our funeral business. You will help ensure ongoing financial growth and maintaining excellent care standards through highly motivated and engaged teams across assigned funeral branches. You will ensure we provide an industry-leading funeral service and achieve profitable market share growth by promoting a culture of value, choice, and care. You will also play a committed role in building all available channels to enhance our commercial performance.

You’ll have a passion for leading and developing operational teams and driving excellent service to our clients. You require planning and organising skills to ensure effective multi-site management and be great at communicating and engaging teams.
