Central England Academy Trust is seeking an experienced Estates professional to lead operational estates delivery across our multi-site schools. The post holder will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance and fit-for-purpose environments.
You will drive consistency and best practice across estates services, supporting Premises Managers and site teams through strong leadership and professional development, in close collaboration with Headteachers and senior.
