Central Employment Marketing & Digital division are delighted to be working with an established eCommerce & bricks-and-mortar Retailer, as they look to appoint a campaign focused Digital Content Creator. FT onsite role, part of a new and expanding in-house eCommerce and Performance Marketing team. Circa £30,000 DOE + benefits.
Digital Content Creator profile:
- You’ll be part of an ambitious, fast-paced in-house Performance Marketing team, delivering engaging digital content and data driven campaigns across Social Media (organic & paid channels) and Email Marketing (Klaviyo).
Responsibilities of the Digital Content Creator:
- Create content for paid and organic social media campaigns including video, photography, captions and basic design work (with support from the design team).
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including content creation, segmentation and scheduling.
- Support paid media activity, helping manage ads and budgets.
- Assist with website campaign delivery, including banners, product updates and promotional content.
- Contribute ideas to improve website performance, particularly average order value (AOV) and conversion rates (CVR).
- Help coordinate digital media placements through press partnerships.
- Write blog content to support search visibility.
- Produce written content across website, email and social channels.
- Explore emerging platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit.
- Support digital reporting using Google Analytics and other business data sources.
- Maintain and deliver activity against a structured content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
Experience required:
- Circa 2 yrs experience within a dedicated B2C digital marketing/performance based role.
- Experience creating content across multiple digital platforms.
- Confident managing several campaigns and delivering assets to brief.
- Working knowledge of Klaviyo.
- Previous experience in email marketing and social media marketing is essential.
