Central Employment are working with an established Digital Creative Agency, as they look to appoint a SEO Executive (Technical/Content).

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the search engine landscape, with the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns, as well as drive link-building initiatives to improve organic search rankings.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored SEM strategies to achieve their goals and drive results.
  • Plan, execute and monitor SEM campaigns across various search engines and platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Optimise ad copy and landing pages for maximum click-through and conversion rates.
  • Perform link audits and analysis to identify and resolve potential issues with client link profiles.
  • Conduct regular audits of our website to identify technical issues that may affect search engine rankings.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimising website structure, page speed, and other technical aspects of SEO.
  • Work with developers to ensure that website code is optimised for search engines and that best practices are followed.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and use data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical SEO and search engine algorithms.
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to integrate multi-disciplinary initiatives with other marketing channels (e.g. social media, content marketing, etc.).

SEO Executive experience:

  • ~2 years’ experience ideally within an agency environment.
  • ~ Experience in SEM and SEO.
  • ~ Experience in a client facing role.
  • ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ~ Experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
  • ~ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies is a plus.
