Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator with experience in end to end processing across multiple frequencies? Central Employment is working with a Global Engineering Group who are looking to add an experienced Payroll / Senior Payroll Administrator to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels in a fast paced environment and wants to join a leading business with a first class reputation.

The Role:

  • End-to-end payroll processing for 5000 employees (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly)
  • Handling starters, leavers, statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP), and pension auto-enrolment
  • Ensuring full compliance with HMRC and RTI submissions
  • Managing client queries efficiently and professionally
  • Liaising with HMRC, pension providers, and internal teams as required
  • Supporting year-end processes including P60s and P11Ds

About You:

  • Experience in end to end payroll (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll legislation, auto-enrolment, and statutory reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
  • Proficient in payroll software, and Microsoft Excel
