We’re partnering with a growing UK business within transportation and logistics that is hiring a Sales Director to lead and scale its UK sales function. This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Manager, Head of Sales or Commercial Manager who is ready to step up into a full Sales Director position and wants a visible, hands on role.

The role:

  • Own and deliver the UK sales strategy
  • Take full responsibility for revenue, pipeline and growth
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of Business Development and Account Managers
  • Personally manage and sponsor key customers and strategic accounts
  • Stay close to customers and commercial conversations in a hands on capacity
  • Define go to market approach, pricing and commercial priorities
  • Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team
