Central Employment are delighted to be working with an expanding Digital Marketing Agency, as they look to appoint a Sales Development Executive to join their Growth team. Teesside based x 3 days a week Β£27,000 base + OTE Β£60k.

What will you be doing:

  • Identify and contact prospects by phone who may be interested in our SEO / PPC Solutions.
  • Qualify / Disqualify.
  • CRM – Pipedrive.
  • Respond to provided sales leads and referred prospects in a timely manner.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new agency business in accordance with personal sales targets.
  • Building a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Using LinkedIn regularly and following up with prospects.
  • Identification of cross selling opportunities within current customers, e.g. an SEO client may be interested in running a Google / Bing Ads campaign.
  • Work closely with the SEO and PPC service delivery teams.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • 12-18 months B2B outreach experience.
  • Enthusiastic and a desire to grow and progress with the company.
  • Ideally experienced when it comes to selling digital marketing services, although a broader B2B solution background would be considered, Tech or Software.
  • Someone with a strong hunter mentality who isn’t afraid of asking the challenging questions when it comes to qualifying prospects.
