Administrative Assistant
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
We are a rapidly growing company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling general administrative tasks, including email correspondence, document preparation, post management, and filing.
- Communicating with local authorities and energy suppliers regarding property matters.
- Compiling and managing compliance documentation for properties.
- Drafting and renewing tenancy agreements.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track property costs.
- Monitoring and recording tenant rental payments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
