Overview Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hiring Marketing, eCommerce, Digital and Creative talent across the UK Central Employment are working with a fast growing Digital Marketing and Creative Agency, as they look to recruit a client facing Paid Social Account Manager. Responsibilities End-to-end campaign management on major social advertising platforms such as Meta, X, LinkedIn and Instagram to help the client acquire more sales and revenue. Work closely with the team and clients to develop, implement and grow strategies for Paid Media Marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic and online sales. Manages Paid Social Media Marketing campaigns Liaise and Manage client relationships, projects and requests on a daily basis Scheduling of all client social posts created by the team Knowledge of organic and paid social ads on Analyse the traffic and sales of the campaigns to ensure that they hit their financial sales goal (adapt and amend to suit campaign needs). Provide the client with recommendations on company spend and providing logic behind the applicable ROI. Work with team on new/upcoming projects and ideas for client strategy. Creating monthly reports and liaising with clients. Agree on quarterly social ads campaign plan with the client and implement. Required Experience Experience in paid social platforms, Meta, X and Instagram; Working knowledge of social management and analytics systems strongly preferred. 3+ years within a similar dedicated role, focusing on Paid Social activity. Basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Management strongly preferred. Communication Skills Must be an effective communicator with internal and external individuals at all levels. This includes spoken, written, electronic, and presentation skills. Communication should be consistently constructive and professional. Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Able to analyse results at a micro and macro level and present findings. Makes routine decisions following established policies and procedures; collaborates with manager to gain assistance when complex issues arise.
