Central Employment are working with an award winning eCommerce digital media and creative agency, supporting a portfolio of UK and international clients across the Retail and Hospitality sectors. £33k-£40k DOE + benefits, 4 days in Newcastle We are seeking a talented Paid Search Manager to join there Newcastle digital media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paid media activities, including, advertising campaigns, and market analysis. Responsibilities: Manage and deliver on paid media marketing activity with a focus on paid search Implement the paid media marketing strategy to acquire new customers and maximize performance of existing customer base Plan and implement strategies across paid channels with a focus on Google Ads Discover and explore new opportunities for paid media to support brand growth Analyze Google Analytics and other performance data to generate marketing strategy and performance reports Drive innovation and explore new paid media opportunities Collaborate with Senior E-commerce Manager and stakeholders to create a successful digital environment Experience : Proven experience in media management, advertising, and campaign management Circa 3+ years dedicated Paid Search experience Proficiency in using Google tools such as Google Ads Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment A creative mindset with a strategic approach to media planning
