Central Employment is working in partnership with an established and expanding digital agency, as they look to appoint a PPC Account Manager, joining their Marketing team in County Durham. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office at the Durham-based studio.

You will have a keen eye for detail and be passionate about your work, collaborating with other developers, designers, and marketing specialists, embracing challenges for successful clients. Working as part of a team at a unique creative, digital, and web agency, you will be using the latest technologies and techniques to provide real-world result-driven solutions. This role is predominantly based around the Google and Microsoft Ads platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage and optimise results-focused Google and Microsoft Ad campaigns
  • Develop a strong understanding of the customers' brand and goals
  • Create and implement audience targeting strategies
  • Communicate results, changes and enhancements with customers
  • Run A/B split testing to create more effective ads
  • Communicate client campaign performance and insights through regular reports
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities
Experience required:
  • 3+ years managing Google Ad campaigns, ideally from within a digital agency setting
  • A proven track record in achieving results and ROI through cutting-edge Google Ads campaigns
  • Specialist in Google Ads campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of key analytical tools such as GA4 and Google Analytics
  • First-class client-facing skills and abilities
