- A confident and articulate communicator with a professional and engaging telephone manner.
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of our CRM system.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.

- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience working in a fast-paced office, recruitment, or customer service role is highly desirable, although full training will be given.

The role
- You will Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and database searches.
- Act with due diligence for the purposes of ensuring all candidates are compliance checked before commencing work with us.
- You’ll interview and register new candidates and match them to suitable vacancies and assignments.
- Manage high-volume weekly workforce allocations and staffing requirements
- Arrange cover for holidays, sickness, and other absences.
- You’ll telephone text or email candidates about work opportunities and shift allocations.
- Maintain accurate workforce records, spreadsheets, and staffing trackers.
- Check attendance records and assist with timesheet and payroll queries.
- Respond to urgent client staffing requirements and out-of-hours issues when required.
