As a PR & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of the marketing plan with a focus on brand, digital, design, events, sponsorships, tenders, and internal and external communications and will work in a project manager capacity to execute targeted and impactful marketing activity. This is a broad, hands-on role ideal for someone with 3-5 years’ experience in a B2B PR or communications environment, particularly within a professional or corporate setting, joining with line management exposure.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality written content for the website, press releases, articles, blogs, newsletters, social media and marketing collateral.
- Draft, edit and proofread content to ensure consistency of tone, style, branding and professionalism across all communications.
- Assist in content uploads across digital channels, including image sourcing and formatting.
- Liaise with external PR agencies, publishers and media contacts where required.
- Manage awards and legal directory submissions, including maintaining submission calendars and coordinating deadlines.
- Draft and edit compelling content for Legal 500, Chambers and other industry award submissions.
- Collect and coordinate information, case studies and supporting content from stakeholders across the business.
- Assist with tender and proposal submissions where required.
- Support SEO strategy and content optimisation to improve website performance and online visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO/GEO best practice across website and digital content.
- Monitor website analytics and campaign performance, providing insights.
- Assist with digital campaigns, social media scheduling and email marketing activity.
- Update and maintain website content using WordPress.
- Ensure practice area pages, employee bios and news content remain accurate and up to date.
- Assist in website development projects and user experience improvement.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of events, seminars and networking initiatives.
- Support wider business development and marketing projects.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of two marketing professionals.
