Central Employment are working with one of the region's most established Design Agencies, as they look to appoint a Creative Account Manager, delivering projects for a number of global Retail based clients. Newcastle based x 3 days a week, 2 days from home.

This is a hands-on role within a small, close-knit team, suited to someone who is comfortable being involved in day-to-day delivery as well as senior stakeholder management. The successful candidate will manage projects end to end, working closely with internal creative, production and build teams, alongside external clients and suppliers operating at a global level.

Role Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end project management from brief to delivery and close-out
  • Ownership of timelines, scopes, budgets and delivery plans
  • Acting as a central point of contact within a small internal team
  • Managing relationships with global, high-end clients and brand stakeholders
  • Managing print-led workstreams
  • Coordinating production partners, installers and logistics where required
  • Proactively managing risks, changes and dependencies
  • Ensuring brand, licensing, quality and deadline requirements are met to a premium standard
  • Maintaining clear project documentation, install packs and reporting
  • Occasional travel to support project delivery, site and client visits
Essential experience:
  • Proven Project Management experience within a creative, experiential, retail, brand agency
  • Experience delivering work for high-profile or premium brands
  • Strong working knowledge of print production processes
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Comfortable working closely with a small team, often wearing multiple hats
  • Confident dealing with senior creative, production and client stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-sufficient and comfortable taking ownership
  • Artwork workflows and supplier management
  • Comfortable operating with global, high-end clients
  • Enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
