A true 360 role you will manage clients, candidates and process from prospect to delivery.

  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using all recruitment methodologies from direct search to job boards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs and cultural fit.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base and market presence through deep discipline and/or market knowledge.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to enhance service delivery and drive business growth.
  • Be a voice of your specialist area within the Regional and broader UK market.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment of best practice.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ideally you will have a number of years specialist permanent recruitment experience within a discipline or industry.
  • Background in contingent and retained work is preferred. All this is desirable but not essential. If you think you have what it takes we would still love to hear from you!
  • Experience in developing client relationships from scratch and operating a 360 model.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and ability to support team development.
  • A real drive to succeed and develop within the team.
  • You must also enjoy working in a high-pressure environment and the responsibility that comes with it.
