We’re working exclusively on a senior leadership opportunity within a well-established, UK-based business operating in the building solutions space. This is a key hire, sitting on the leadership team, with full accountability for shaping and delivering a national sales strategy during a significant growth and transformation phase.

The Role

  • You’ll lead the overall sales function, driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and customer performance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a clear, ambitious national sales strategy
  • Driving revenue, margin and market share growth
  • Leading and developing a multi-channel sales team (internal, regional and key accounts)
  • Building a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture
  • Strengthening and growing key strategic customer relationships
  • Owning pricing, negotiation, pipeline management and forecasting
  • Using market insight and competitor analysis to shape strategy
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, operations and technical teams
  • Contributing at board level to wider business strategy
