Central are once again supporting a growing manufacturer in Teesside in their search for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day repair and improvement work across site as well as being involved in a range of projects.
You will be responsible for a range of maintenance activities including:
- Planned and Preventive Maintenance work
- Mechanical and Electrical Fault Finding on-site equipment
- Working as part of varied technical team across Maintenance, Manufacturing and Production
- Adhering to key safety practices and a stringent quality process
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Electrical cabling and wiring
- PLC systems and 3 Phase interfaces
- Inspection, Testing and Installation of Electrical Systems
- Pumps, Pneumatics and Hydraulics
- Site Services and Facilities equipment
This is a varied role where experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment is essential. Everyone works together here and there is a real team dynamic and culture. We need a hands-on individual who can get stuck in and deal with a range of tasks. A can do attitude is key and someone who will give everything a go with a quality-first and right-first-time mindset.
