Central Employment are working with a leading and prominent B2B services provider, as they look to appoint a Marketing Campaign Lead, joining an established in-house Marketing, Comms and Events team.

As the digital marketing campaigns lead, you'll be central to reporting and reviewing performance marketing and PPC analytics, helping us make strategic, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and manage end-to-end multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that nurture and deliver leads into our sales funnel. Ensuring timeliness, effective budgeting and alignment with our membership growth plans.
  • Running and optimising Google Ads campaigns with a firm grasp of search and display.
  • Using Google Tag Manager to set up and manage triggers, tags and custom conversions.
  • Setting up and reporting on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, well-executed and data-driven.
  • Driving and measuring the performance of email marketing, SEO, website optimisation and automations.
  • Collaborating across teams to develop targeted content for paid and organic social campaigns, including ads, carousels and video.
  • Manage paid and organic social media campaigns, through LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, optimising content, monitoring budget, ROI and KPIs.
  • Testing and optimising marketing tactics for lead nurturing processes and member acquisition, utilising marketing automations.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the acquisition strategy.
Experience required:
  • Proven experience planning and executing high-impact, B2B multi-channel digital campaigns to deliver ROI.
  • Hands-on skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
  • Proficient with WordPress and web content management systems.
  • Experience setting up and managing Google Tag Manager and event tracking.
  • Proficient in GA4 and ability to make data led decisions.
  • Experience with paid LinkedIn campaigns, specifically on Lead generation, building audience lists on LinkedIn (matched audiences).
  • Ability to manage internal relationships and expectations across various levels of experience and seniority.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
