Central Employment are working closely with an established and expanding full-service Digital Marketing Agency, based in Glasgow as they look to appoint a proven and knowledgeable Paid Search Manager.

You will execute data-driven strategies across search, social, and emerging digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create multi-channel strategies aligned with diverse client growth business goals.
- Manage end-to-end setups including targeting, bidding, creative assets, and tracking.
- Optimise daily budgets across diverse portfolios to maximise client return on investment.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Lead client communication via regular performance calls, emails, and strategy reviews.
- Build custom reports using Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, and platform dashboards.
- Analyse performance data to find conversion bottlenecks and scale winning campaigns.
- Audit existing accounts to identify waste and discover new growth opportunities.
- Required Experience & Skills
- 2-4 years working inside a digital marketing agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities quickly.
- Deep knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display. Ideally experience with AI Max
- Expert execution of Facebook and Instagram conversion-focused campaigns.
- Proficient setup and optimisation of Bing search campaigns.
- Practical experience managing ads on Linked In, Pinterest, or Tik Tok.
- Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with connectivity partners and hotel price feeds.
- Experience using networks like Awin, CJ Affiliate, or Share ASale.
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Measurement, Shopping).
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional.
