Central Employment is working with a scaling North East Search and Performance Marketing agency, as they look to expand their dedicated Klaviyo team, with the appointment of an Email Marketing Campaign Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work on a number of key eCommerce client campaigns, execute Klaviyo strategies, while contributing to the success of an ambitious and supportive agency.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Build and manage flows, campaigns and automations in Klaviyo
- Work closely with clients to understand objectives and deliver email strategies that drive revenue
- Run A/B split tests and optimize for performance
- Segment databases effectively for targeting and personalization
- Collaborate with design, UX, SEO and Ads teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Monitor analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance
- Stay up to date with email marketing trends, best practices and new features in Klaviyo
- Motivate, mentor and build out an internal Email Marketing/Klaviyo team
- Hands‑on experience using Klaviyo in an agency or in‑house environment, circa 3+ yrs dedicated channel experience
- Strong understanding of email marketing flows and campaign management
- Knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce platforms
- Ability to run and interpret A/B split tests
- Awareness of SEO, Ads and UX principles (with full support from in‑house experts)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
