Central Employment is working with a scaling North East Search and Performance Marketing agency, as they look to expand their dedicated Klaviyo team, with the appointment of an Email Marketing Campaign Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work on a number of key eCommerce client campaigns, execute Klaviyo strategies, while contributing to the success of an ambitious and supportive agency.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Build and manage flows, campaigns and automations in Klaviyo
  • Work closely with clients to understand objectives and deliver email strategies that drive revenue
  • Run A/B split tests and optimize for performance
  • Segment databases effectively for targeting and personalization
  • Collaborate with design, UX, SEO and Ads teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Monitor analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance
  • Stay up to date with email marketing trends, best practices and new features in Klaviyo
  • Motivate, mentor and build out an internal Email Marketing/Klaviyo team
  • Hands‑on experience using Klaviyo in an agency or in‑house environment, circa 3+ yrs dedicated channel experience
  • Strong understanding of email marketing flows and campaign management
  • Knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce platforms
  • Ability to run and interpret A/B split tests
  • Awareness of SEO, Ads and UX principles (with full support from in‑house experts)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
