As a new role, the ideal candidate will be prepared to get hands-on in building the marketplaces – working cross-functionally to ensure high service standards, identifying and resolving technical problems, and ultimately driving commercial goals.

- Work with the Head of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, improve margins, and expand product catalogues.
- Work closely with the ecommerce team to optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Coordinate pricing, promotions, and inventory, working cross-functionally to ensure a market-leading product offering.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, and secondary KPIs) to drive consistent channel growth.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with marketplace policies and standards.
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across channels.
- Continuously test and optimise strategies to improve performance.

- Coordinate with creative teams for asset development tailored to each platform.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure account health metrics are above expectations.
- Liaise with external partners, agencies, and marketplace account managers.
- Work with the Head of Sales & Marketing to develop a roadmap for channel growth, including new platform expansion and capability development.
- Work with the wider commercial and buying teams to identify opportunities for new products or brands through the Dropship Vendor programme.
- Work with the Head of Sales & Marketing and wider marketing and ecommerce team to develop and implement a growth strategy for the Dropship Vendor programme.
- Strong hands-on experience with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of eCommerce metrics.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or BI platforms.
- Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and marketplace advertising tools.
