Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hiring Marketing, eCommerce, Digital and Creative talent across the UK
Central Employment are working in partnership with a rapidly expanding Online Retail organisation, as they look to appoint an eCommerce Brand Marketing & PR Manager.
We are looking for an intuitive individual with an eye for detail who can use their knowledge and skills to drive successful campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in digital PR and brand marketing. You will be a team player who can work collaboratively, efficiently and professionally whilst not taking yourself too seriously.
Key Accountabilities:
- Creating, implementing, managing & optimizing Brand marketing PR campaigns.
- You will ensure all marketing activity is on brand.
- Working closely with team members across the buying, creative, marketing and e-commerce teams, to drive sales with exciting events throughout the trading calendar.
- Be responsible for digital link building activities through PR activity.
- Working towards and understanding clear strategic business
- Giving regular performance updates to stakeholders all the way up the business and to the founders.
- Keeping up to date with the latest digital & industry trends.
- Use test results to make smart business decisions.
Skills:
The ideal candidate will come from a fast paced, brand marketing environment and will have gained experience in a comparable role or within a digital agency. You will be skilled at working within and coordinating activity across the different areas of the digital landscape, and have a good track record creating and managing campaigns budgets.
We are looking for an ambitious self-starter with ability to multi-task, and able to communicate effectively at all levels with an inquisitive and innovative approach. It is important that you have a sunny disposition and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Experience required:
- 3 years or more in Retail Brand Marketing
- Experience in managing PR campaigns
- Previous experience of working in a similar fast fashion business is desirable.
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinker with big ideas and ambitious growth plans.
- A self-starter who thrives in a result driven, creative environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an accurate eye for detail.
- Experience working with budgets, targets and KPIs.
- Used to working in a busy, high workload department with an ability to multi-task, prioritise and take charge.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders.
