Central Employment are working with a global, specialist Retail Marketing, Digital and Production Agency, as they look to recruit a Digital & Innovation Executive to support the delivery of FMCG clients' digital strategies, solutions and insights.

Overview of the Digital & Innovation Executive
You’ll dive into digital strategy, help deliver smart solutions, and explore how tech (like AR, connected experiences or retail platforms) can solve shopper problems in more exciting, efficient, or meaningful ways.
Key responsibilities
- Help shape digital briefs by bringing strategic thinking and curiosity to the table
- Work with internal teams and external partners to scope and spec digital deliverables
- Research emerging tech, retail trends, and digital platforms to help fuel ideation across the agency
- Keep everything moving, timelines, conversations, check-ins, next steps
- Collaborate with creative, planning and production teams to help bring ideas to life
- Spot where digital could solve a problem, improve an experience or create an impact
- Advocate for digital within the agency, be a translator, and an enthusiast
Qualifications
- Experience in a digital, technology or associated role, agency or brand-side, circa 2+ yrs
- Industry interest: strong interest in digital and how it can shape behaviour and drive results
- Organised and proactive: able to work through complex tasks and ask smart questions
- Collaborative: you’ll work across lots of teams and disciplines
- Curious and opinionated: you’re not afraid to speak up and share your opinion
- Comfortable in the detail, but always thinking about the bigger picture
