The Role

As a Digital Growth Executive, you'll play a vital role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio. Your primary focus will be on proactive lead generation through cold outreach, using a range of sales and prospecting techniques to engage potential clients and create qualified opportunities for our senior team.

You'll be representing a leading digital agency that delivers services across SEO, Paid Media and Creative Content Creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective client opportunities across a variety of sectors, with a focus on the UK eCommerce sector.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and social selling.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Qualify opportunities and arrange meetings for the senior sales and leadership team.
  • Engage decision-makers including Marketing Directors, Heads of Digital, eCommerce Managers, and business owners.
  • Develop personalised outreach campaigns that drive engagement and response rates.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales activity through CRM systems.
  • Work closely with marketing and agency teams to align sales campaigns and messaging.
  • Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

About You

We're looking for someone with the ambition, resilience, and commercial mindset to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Business Development, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Lead Generation, and BDE role.
  • Experience selling B2B marketing, digital, SaaS, technology, or professional services is highly advantageous.
  • A confident and professional approach to cold calling and outbound outreach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written communication for email and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • A results-driven mentality with a passion for hitting targets and earning commission.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
