Central Employment are working with an established and expanding UK manufacturer of specialist and bespoke consumer products, as they look to appoint a Business Development Manager to support their ongoing UK customer growth.
Full-time onsite, Teesside + some UK travel for events and customer meetings. Circa £30,000 + bonus.
We’re seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the UK dental-care market. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK and Internationally.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through strategic planning and relationship building.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for their product portfolio.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing movements, and category opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and commercial proposals to buyers and key decision-makers.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting, forecasting, and insights to management.
- Attend trade shows and customer meetings to represent the brand and build industry relationships.
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or business development, specifically consumer products.
- Strong understanding of UK retail and distribution channels.
