Job Description
Central Employment are working with a long standing and successful manufacturer of innovative Retail Marketing Print Solutions. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work in a fast-moving Print Production environment.
As a dedicated Account manager, you will be responsible to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. To oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients.
Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, proactively deal will all client queries and issue ensuring any problems are managed and resolved quickly and effectively. Identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience
Work as part of our internal sales team to achieve quotes while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
Responsible for handling Retail Marketing customer accounts. Build the relationship between the company and the customer as well as handle any projects, accounts or issues that might be relative to that customer. These managers liaise frequently with the customers to assure them of their importance and this helps to build the customers respect, trust and confidence in our business.
Responsibilities include:-
- Utilise, review and update the client database
- Provide support and reassurance to customers
- Analyse sales data
- Ensure information received is checked thoroughly before processing
- Ensure job bag information is clear and concise
- Increase the company’s sales profits
- Provide strategies and estimates for the company
- Prepare and distribute information from the company to customers
- Respond to client communications or queries and resolve any client issues within the agreed SLA’s
- Network with business partners and or distributors
- Provide good quality control
Essential knowledge, skill, Criteria:-
- 3+ yrs dedicated experience in POS/POP and Print based Account Management
- Managed key Retail accounts
- To communicate efficiently and effectively – verbally and in writing across all communication mediums (meetings, phone, email etc.)
- Attention to detail oriented
- To multitask and handle several client accounts
- Manage time and projects effectively
- Have efficient networking skills
- Have initiative, motivation and focus
