Central Employment is working in partnership with an expanding independent eCommerce Growth & Creative Consultancy, as they look to recruit an in-house 3D Designer based from their Newcastle studio. 4 days in Newcastle, up to £30,000 DOE.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of all clients and their requirements.
- Develop and maintain expertise in modelling, lighting, texturing, and rendering to deliver visually striking outputs.
- Build on your knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects.
- Work collaboratively with the wider creative team to develop and execute innovative concepts and ideas.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the industry and share knowledge with the team.
- Maintain a strong focus on detail and consistency, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and creative direction.
Experience required:
- We’re seeking an experienced 3D Designer with a strong portfolio, ideally in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in software like 3D Studio Max, Blender, or C4D.
- A solid design background and skill with Adobe tools—especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator—are highly valued.
- The ideal candidate understands retail design principles and spatial layouts, and has experience with animation and rendering.
