Central Employment is excited to collaborate with a pioneering new client set to revolutionise their industry with data-driven solutions. As they embark on this transformative journey, they seek a Technical Support Engineer to bolster their expanding IT team.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, onsite.
Salary: £26,000 up to £28,000 upon completion of PowerBI qualifications (six months).
Driving Licence: Required due to travel across local sites.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT systems, software, and hardware maintenance and support.
- Undertake systems administration tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage, maintain, and support software and hardware infrastructure.
- Analyse data and generate insightful company reports.
- Facilitate smooth client onboarding processes.
- Configure and operate the order processing system (Mintsoft) for new and existing clients.
- Set up clients with customer service software systems, infrastructure, and hardware.
