As a Bulk Operator, you will play a vital role in our clients’ manufacturing operations, ensuring the safe and efficient production of pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining large-scale processing equipment, monitoring production batches, troubleshooting technical issues, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor large-scale production equipment used in the manufacture of bulk pharmaceutical products, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimise downtime and prevent disruptions to production.
  • Adhere to cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements to maintain product quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
  • Complete documentation and record-keeping tasks accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Handle raw materials and intermediates with care, ensuring correct usage and storage to maintain product integrity.

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
