Central Employment are working in partnership with a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Newcastle, as they look to appoint a PPC Executive. We're looking for a hands-on PPC Specialist to take ownership of our paid search activity. Working closely with our PPC Lead, you'll be the person actually inside the accounts every day - making the adjustments, testing the copy, and finding the wins. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon Advertising. We need someone who genuinely enjoys digging into the data to figure out why a campaign is underperforming and, more importantly, how to fix it.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll build and launch Search, Display, and PMax campaigns from scratch - handling everything from keyword mining and ad copy to sophisticated bid strategies.
  • You'll be looking at the data daily to identify opportunities for A/B testing, landing page improvements, and audience refinements.
