Central Employment are working in partnership with a fast growing Digital Marketing and Creative agency, who are looking to appoint a client facing Mid/Senior Designer (brand/digital). Newcastle based x 4 days a week, 1 day from home. Up to £35k DOE & quality of portfolio.
The Mid/Senior Designer is the creative and technical lead for their client portfolio. You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of a project - from shaping brand identities and digital strategies to executing the final front-end build. You'll focus on creating functional, user-centric experiences that perform reliably and deliver measurable value to their clients' businesses. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, translating their business goals into high-impact design. As a senior creative member of the team, you will also take an active role in mentoring others and improving internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Own the evolution of brand identities for a diverse range of clients, ensuring every design is authentic, consistent, and resonates with the target audience.
