We are seeking an experienced Interim Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Manager to join on a 6-month contract to provide leadership, continuity, and drive transformation across the AR/AP function during a period of transition. The role will initially provide full cover for the AR/AP Manager during a period of paternity leave. Following this, the successful candidate will work alongside the existing AR/AP Manager developing and delivering an overhaul to the KPI reporting framework and driving process improvements. This is a key role combining operational leadership with process improvement and reporting enhancement, ensuring the function continues to perform effectively while evolving to meet future business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full cover for the AR/AP Manager during a period of paternity leave, ensuring continuity of all AR and AP activities, and continue to support beyond this period, including:
- Oversight of day-to-day operations and workflow across Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Monitor performance using KPIs, support and develop the AR/AP team to ensure high performance and service levels
- Ensure adherence to company policies, controls, and financial procedures
