The role involves working within a fast-paced production environment, setting up and operating extrusion lines, drying and blending equipment, and supporting offline granulation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate and tend high-speed extrusion lines, drying and blending equipment
- Monitor and maintain product specifications, making online adjustments where required
- Carry out production and quality checks in line with specifications
- Complete all quality tests and measurements accurately
- Wrap, label and despatch finished product
- Accurately complete all production and quality documentation
- Support the Shift Team Leader in daily operational activities
- Move pallets and materials safely as required
