We are seeking an AOI Technician to join our client\’s production team, ensuring the highest quality standards in PCB assembly. Role Overview: As an AOI Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining AOI systems to inspect PCBs for defects, optimize inspection programs, and collaborate with production and quality teams to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Programme and run AOI equipment to detect defects in PCB assemblies. Develop and refine AOI programs to improve defect detection and minimize false calls. Identify, analyse, and verify defects, working closely with engineers to enhance inspection accuracy. Maintain inspection records and generate defect reports to support process improvements. Perform routine calibration and maintenance of AOI machines to ensure peak performance. Work alongside production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and enhance efficiency. What We\’re Looking For: Experience with AOI systems such as Koh Young, CyberOptics, Mirtec, Omron, Yestech, or similar.
