Central Employment are working on behalf of a manufacturing client to recruit a Warehouse Administrator. This is a varied role within a busy factory environment, supporting day-to-day warehouse and production operations. It's ideal for someone organised, adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the warehouse and production teams
- Processing orders, delivery notes and stock records accurately
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate data
- Supporting goods in/out processes and booking deliveries
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers where required
- Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
- Handling general admin duties including filing, emails and reporting
- Supporting with ad hoc tasks across the warehouse when needed
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environment is ideal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
