Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, safety‑conscious Warehouse Operative with valid FLT experience. The successful candidate will support warehouse operations including goods in/out, stock handling, material movements, and maintaining a safe, organised working environment. Experience within manufacturing, production, or logistics environments is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate FLT equipment safely to move, load, and unload materials.
- Manage incoming and outgoing goods, including checking, labelling, and storing stock correctly.
- Support production departments with timely delivery and removal of materials.
- Maintain accurate records, stock counts, and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of products in line with site procedures.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organised, and compliant with Health & Safety standards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties including packing, palletising, and organising inventory.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to meet operational targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance, Reach, or both).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive in day‑to‑day tasks.
