We are currently recruiting for a QC Officer for our client who will be responsible for ensuring that all products leaving the site meet strict quality, regulatory, and customer standards. The role involves inspection, documentation review, sampling, and compliance checks across the production process in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, veterinary, healthcare blending and packing).
Key Responsibilities
- Review batch records and manufacturing documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and elevate deviations, discrepancies, OOS/OOT results.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly before product release.
- Maintain controlled document archiving systems.
- Carry out in-process and final product inspections.
- Verify raw materials, batch numbers, and finished products.
- Perform cross-checks on labelling, packaging, and product identity.
- Ensure all production follows SOPs and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to: GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), ISO quality standards and Internal QA procedures.
- Support audit readiness and assist during internal/external audits.
- Monitor conditions such as temperature control and hygiene compliance.
- Work closely with production, planning, and QA teams.
- Help maintain efficient workflow without compromising quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors.
